Transformational Healing Experiences Through...

Introspective Breathwork Therapy™
A groundbreaking healing modality. Experience powerful breathwork sessions to support you in releasing decades of baggage so you can thrive in every aspect of your life. In addition to breathwork, you'll experience guided meditations, writing activities, vocalization (finding unique expression through sound), and exploring creativity.
Conscious Community and Sacred Circle
Together, we heal. This will be a small, intimate group. You will be working closely with each other during some of our retreat activities, and will have the opportunity to support and receive support from others.
Energy Healing & Activation
to support awakening and embodiment of your innate gifts.
Yoga & Embodied Movement
Guided by Lisa McNett. There will be a limited number of yoga classes, which will be gentle and accessible to all persons and skill levels.
Balinese Culture
First inhabited around 2000 B.C., Bali’s cultural roots run deep. Bali is justifiably known as “The Island of the Gods”, and you'll get to experience why.
Visits to Temples
Daily worship has been part of Balinese culture and life for thousands of years. There are 1,000's of Pura's (Hindu Temples), steeped in spirituality and ritual. Visiting these temples is an experience that may transform you to another space and time, and may provide a spiritual awakening.

The Location

We've secured The Ark, Ubud, Bali for this life-changing retreat. The Ark features 8 guest rooms with private baths. Each room is themed to a particular chakra (including a crystal) and can be configured for double or single occupancy (two twin beds or one double bed).

The yoga/breathwork shala is an open-air space and has everything you need (soft mats for breathwork, yoga mats, blankets, blocks, and straps).

Swim in the sparkling pool, detox in the infrared sauna, and master your mind in the cold-plunge.

We'll dine and connect in the large community spaces or by the fire pit, and there are plenty of cozy nooks to escape to when you want to be alone or enjoy a book.

The Ark is truly off the beaten path, surrounded by farmland and accessible only by motorbike, while also being only a 30-minute walk from town.

Watch the video below to tour the property.

Her transformative journey, guided by faith and a compelling life purpose, positions her as a visionary leader carrying ancient wisdom to assist humanity's transition into a New World. Lisa's journey has been marked by extremes and the triumph over trauma and addiction.

Throughout her career in hospitality management, she roamed the US, fueling her anomalous spirit. In 2006, following an inner calling, Lisa moved to India, experiencing a life-altering 'Kundalini Awakening' that unearthed innate gifts collected over lifetimes. This event fueled her pursuit of the healing arts and intuitive growth.

Central to Lisa's essence is her mission and passion, helping people heal and integrate adverse life experiences, with a focus on trauma healing. Over 17 years, she has worked extensively with diverse groups, including incarcerated individuals and at-risk US Veterans, offering stability and healing. She firmly believes that healing trauma creates a ripple effect, resonating across generations and contributing to the collective healing of the world.

As founder of One Breath Institute and co-developer of Introspective Breathwork™ Therapy, Lisa's life's purpose comes to fruition. This groundbreaking therapy method mirrors her unwavering commitment to transformation and healing. Crucially, within One Breath Institute, we are establishing a worldwide network of trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork™ Therapy practitioners, magnifying Lisa's vision and influence on a broader scale.

Additionally, she dedicates part of her time to The Guest House, a residential treatment center for trauma and addiction, as a Clinical Breathwork Practitioner.

Ultimately, Lisa's purpose is clear: to contribute to healing, understanding, and transforming the world through her unique blend of wisdom, experience, and compassion.

Andy McNett

Andy believes that by harnessing the power of the breath, we have the ability to unlock our ‘true potential’—physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In 2010, he began studying yoga, reiki and crystal healing; soon thereafter he obtained certifications as a yoga teacher and Usui Shiki Ryoho reiki practitioner.  His journey as a holistic healer also led to an interest in CranioSacral Therapy—learned via the Upledger Institute—which he started to study and practice in 2012.  He obtained a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida in 2015, and currently provides the services of CranioSacral Therapy and Introspective Breathwork® Therapy to his local community in Ocala, Florida as well as internationally.  Andy is also a firm believer in the power of sound healing, and enjoys playing various musical instruments including the crystal bowls. Andy played a vital role in the formation and foundation of One Breath Institute, and created the Anatomy portion of the OBI curriculum. He currently teaches a series of classes entitled, ‘The Breath: Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology’, and also offers masterclasses on the topics of trauma, the nervous system, Polyvagal Theory, sound healing, and more. In addition, Andy serves as Enrollment Coordinator for OBI, and is grateful for the opportunity to serve others on their individual and collective journeys of healing and growth.  He believes that as humans, collectively, our breath holds the key to unlocking our infinite potential to heal and bring peace to the world.
