To all the feelings that come at once and to the moments we've held on to, welcome new breath.

Breath is more than a physical necessity. Breath is life. With each inhale we are providing our mind- body with new light and energy, new love and opportunity, new connection and life. Life that is continuously flowing in, nourishing and leaving our body the same intention to be carried out into the world. This is onereason why conscious breathing is the most powerful healing tool for all. 

I am reminded of the quote,

 "No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man". 
- Heraclitus 544 B.C  

Our body is the river and our breath is the step. With this in mind, your river may be holding onto truama. Like rocks in a river, fallen branches, sand islands, waterfalls etc - whatever your river (body) is made of, each new step (breath) can change the flow and can cleanse the river.
Welcoming new breath will change you so that you can live presently, at peace. To be at peace with your life experiences is a wish we know can come true through breathwork. In the path of healing, there are many steps leading to settle shifts and big changes. You are in control of your healing process. Thank you for reading.
